This place is amazing. I came in with the craziest request to have images of bacon put on flasks. Chris, the owner's son, took my idea to the next level and far exceeded my expectations making these gifts hilarious, highly personalized, and ones that will be laughed and treasured for ages. Uncomfortable review alert! I dropped off a (what I would consider expensive) locket to be engraved with a “D”. Upon pick up, the locket was actually engraved with a “B”. I’m sure you can see how this mistake could happen. After a moment of panic for both me and the staff, they offered to fix the issue. With little oversight, exclusive engravings contacted the Jewelers where the locket was purchased. They paid to overnight the locket to the jeweler to have it professionally resurfaced. I just received the locket, engraved with a “D” and it looks perfect. I really appreciated the initiative this business took to deliver a correct and final product, despite the cost. Mistakes happen, and it’s how we address and correct those mistakes that defines us!
